    FAQ

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Unless the piece you have ordered is in stock, each Benjamin Rose piece will take 2-4 weeks to produce as all items are handcrafted to order.

    For BESPOKE pieces we require a 50% deposit to commence production with the remaining payment to be paid on completion of the piece.

    For any BESPOKE pieces, once the design has been approved by the client - any further alterations to the design will be subject to a price revision.

    For any BESPOKE pieces, Once a gemstone has been set into a ring, it cannot be simply swapped over with another one should there be any change of mind. This is because each setting is specifically made for each stone.

    A whole new ring will need to be made with the customer to pay the cost of remaking a new ring and any additional materials required to make it.

     

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    All prices are in $AUD unless otherwise stated.

    All domestic orders will be shipped for FREE using Australia Post.

    All international orders will be shipped using Australia Registered Post International at a flat rate of $30. Please allow 5-15 business days after dispatch for your item to arrive.

    Customers are responsible for paying ANY international taxes, duties or charges applied by their country of residence.

    Benjamin Rose is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail.

    All Benjamin Rose Fine Jewellery items shipped both domestically and internationally are not insured - if you would like insurance an extra fee will apply.

     

    RETURNS

    For bespoke pieces (including engraved pieces), we cannot offer refunds or credits should the buyer change their mind or the wearer decide they don’t like the design as these items have been specifically designed and created for each individual customer.

    We do not offer returns for items with manufacturing faults. If your jewellery has a fault, we will gladly repair the item within 21 days of receiving it.

    Should you change your mind on any pieces purchased from our collections, we are happy to offer an exchange granted:

    A receipt or proof of purchase is shown

    Items have NOT been worn or damaged

    Items are in their original packaging

    Are returned within the 14 day purchase period

    Please note - for hygienic reasons earrings will not be accepted for return.

    Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and will be returned at the expense of the buyer. To make a return please contact us.

     

    CHANGE OF SIZE

    If you would like your ring sized up or down there is a $20 fee.

    Some rings may not be resizable in which case an exchange fee will apply.

    Customer is to pay shipping. Resizing may take 1-4 weeks.

     

    CANCELLATIONS

    For bespoke items, cancellations will only be accepted prior to the deposit being made. Once the 50% deposit has been made on bespoke items for the purchase of gemstones and materials, it is non-refundable as soon as production has commenced.

    Cancelations will not be accepted for online order of collection pieces. If you have changed your mind we are happy to exchange the item with the difference being paid prior to shipping the new item.

     

    FAULTY ITEMS & REAIRS

    Each Benjamin Rose piece is quality checked. However on the very rare occasion there may be a fault.

    We are unable to refund ANY faulty items. If you have received a faulty item we will gladly repair the piece within 6 months of the purchase date. If you do need your jewellery repaired, please contact us with your full name and photographic evidence of the fault along with a short description.

    Items needing repair outside of the 6 month purchase date may incur a fee, this will be assessed case by case. Repairs will commence as soon as the fee has been paid. 

    Please note that manufacturing faults DO NOT include broken chains, items that have been bent, snapped or twisted. General wear and tear is NOT considered a manufacturing fault, jewellery is dedicated and should handled carefully as outlined in Care instructions which can be found HERE.

     

    PRIVACY POLICY

    Benjamin Rose recognises that your privacy is important and is committed to keeping your personal information secure in accordance with the relevant Australian privacy laws.

    Any information that is no longer required is destroyed.

    Your personal information will not be sold, released or rented to any entity or individual and is kept completely private and secure.

    There will be no record kept of any credit card details you provided through purchasing any product from www.benjaminrose.com.au
