A lifelong commitment calls for customised design and is why I pride myself on providing a tailored process entirely committed to bringing your desired bespoke vision to life for your life partner.
Initial Enquiry
The first step in this process begins before our initial consultation. I ask that you start collecting any references that show any of your preferred silhouettes, stones and colours to help me understand your vision and provide a more informed starting point from which to begin your design. It’s also helpful to consider your budget here and what we are working towards.
When you're ready - please reach out via our Enquiry Form.

Personalised Consultation
Upon reviewing and discussing your preferences to better understanding your desires, I will then confirm a design with you. This will will include stone and shape preference, band style, metal and your approximate budget.
Typically, this done via email, however appointments are welcome if you would prefer to discuss these elements in person.

Selecting the Stone
Once your preferred stone size and shape has been decided, I consult with my local suppliers to source the most suitable options that best meet our requirements for your bespoke design. After selecting suitable options, an in studio appointment will be arranged allowing you to view and select your gemstone.

Last Review and Pre-Payment
After you have chosen your gemstone and approved your design, an invoice will be sent and a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required before production begins.

Craft and Production
Your bespoke design is now ready to be created. Production takes around 6-8 weeks, with timings dependent on whether other bespoke pieces have also been commissioned during this time. Please be mindful that each piece is carefully handcrafted by only myself, so careful consideration is taken throughout to ensure perfection. Midway through the process, you will also be updated as your tailored piece progresses and timelines can be refined.

Quality Control
Upon completion, every stone facet, corner and detail is thoroughly checked to ensure the utmost quality when it comes time for collection. It is at this time that the remaining balance is to be paid.

Collection
Depending on your location, either an in-studio appointment can be arranged for you to come and collect the final piece in person, otherwise arrangements can be made for the piece to be packaged and sent via registered post.
