Every Benjamin Rose piece is made at the bench in Collingwood and delivered to you carefully packaged and fully insured. Timeframes vary depending on the type of piece - below you will find everything you need to know.

BEFORE WE SHIP
FULFILMENT TIMEFRAMES
Ready to Ship
These pieces are complete and available immediately. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Made to Order
These pieces are crafted as each order is placed. Please allow 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase before dispatch.
Bespoke Commissions
All bespoke engagement rings and wedding bands are made entirely to your design. Production typically takes 8–10 weeks from the time your design is confirmed and your deposit is received, though this may vary depending on complexity. I will always advise you of your specific timeline before production begins.
If you are working towards an important date - a proposal, an anniversary, or a wedding - please mention it early in our conversation and I will do my best to accommodate wherever possible.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY
Shipping within Australia
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express with full tracking and signature required on delivery for added security. You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping is complimentary on all orders within Australia. For security reasons, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Benjamin Rose ships internationally to most countries. All international orders are shipped via DHL with full tracking and signature required on delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Transit times vary by destination - you will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Benjamin Rose is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred on international shipments.
MELBOURNE CLIENTS
STUDIO COLLECTION
If you are based in Melbourne, you are warmly welcome to collect your piece directly from the studio in Collingwood by appointment. To arrange studio collection, simply let me know at the time of ordering or during your consultation.
Sending a piece back to the studio
If your piece needs to return to the studio for resizing, repair, or an aftercare service, please contact me before sending anything. All return shipments require prior arrangement - pieces sent without prior contact cannot be guaranteed receipt.
When returning a piece, please use a tracked and fully insured service to the replacement value of your ring. Please retain your tracking number and receipt until your piece has been safely received. Benjamin Rose does not cover the cost of postage to the studio, nor the cost of return postage back to you.
