How it works
The designs you see throughout the collection are not fixed products, but foundations - each one can be refined through stone, metal, proportion and detail to create something entirely your own. Most clients begin this process having never commissioned a ring before - my role is to guide you through each decision with clarity and expertise, ensuring the final piece feels considered, personal, and built to last.
The entire collection is available to view at my Collingwood studio. If you’d prefer to see the pieces in person before enquiring, you’re welcome to book a visit.
Step 1
ENQUIRY
Begin by browsing the collection and submitting a Bespoke Enquiry form from any ring page. Share as much detail as you can: preferred metal, stone ideas, budget, or simply where you’re starting from. The more information you provide, the easier it is to tailor options to your vision.
I respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, often sooner.
Step 2
CONSULTATION
Once your enquiry is received, we’ll connect by email, phone, or in person. Virtual consultations are also available.
We’ll discuss your preferences, explore the collection, and go through metal, stone, and design options. I’ll also measure your ring size or guide you if it’s a surprise proposal. Many clients feel confident moving forward after seeing the collection in person - I’ll guide you through each choice.
STEP 3
STONE SELECTION
With your design direction clear, I’ll consult trusted local suppliers to source 2–3 stones within your budget. You can view these in the studio or virtually with detailed images and specifications.
At this stage, I provide quotes for each stone, giving you the information you need to make a confident choice. Once you’ve selected your stone, I’ll send a care guide and full purchase terms - everything you need to know before any commitment is made. A 50% deposit is then required to move into production.
STEP 4
PRODUCTION
Your ring is crafted entirely at my bench in Collingwood, with every detail shaped, formed, and finished with care. Typical production time is 8–10 weeks, depending on complexity. I provide updates at key milestones so you know your ring is progressing smoothly.
STEP 5
COLLECTION
When your ring is complete, I’ll get in touch to arrange collection from my Collingwood studio. If needed, delivery can also be arranged.
The remaining balance is due prior collection, and I’ll make sure everything about the handover is smooth and stress-free. By this stage, your ring is ready to be worn and enjoyed - a piece carefully crafted for you, with every detail considered
